Shipping and Return Policies
- Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. During special promotions, sales, or certain holidays, our fulfilment time may take longer than the typical 3-5 business days. Rest assured, we do our best to get your products shipped ASAP. We like happy mail, too!
- We only ship within the United States.
- Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and speed of the delivery method you choose. You can estimate shipping cost prior to checkout and select the best option that fits your needs and budget.
- Orders over $75 ship for FREE

Returns & Refunds
- We have a 7-day Return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a Return.
- To be eligible for a Return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- To start a Return, please can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your Invoice Number & the Item(s) you would like to Return to make the process go faster.
- If your Return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a Return will not be accepted.
All Returns must be received within 14 days of the purchase delivery date. After that Returns are not accepted.
- Returns may take up to 7 business days to process but are typically processed within 2-4 days. Once we’ve received and inspected your Return, we'll contact you and let you know if the Refund was approved..
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless other arrangements have been made prior to the return. If a return label is issued for a defective item and you choose no to have it replaced, a refund will be issued for the original cost of the product ONLY. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, and "giveaway" items.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. It can take 3-7 business days for funds to show up in your account.
- Any Returned item(s) that arrive in a used condition (i.e. original packaging, tags, etc. are not intact, the product has been washed and/or worn) will be returned to the customer and a refund will not be issued.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item Received
Please, inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We do our best to inspect every item before it is shipped, but occasionally we may miss something or an item is damaged during shipping. We want you to be happy and will work with you to correct the problem.
- Damages must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- You must contact us prior to using your product. Tags and/or packaging must still be attached.
- We will need a picture of the damaged/defective area or the item(s) you believe are missing from your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has shipped, a tracking number is issued and ownership transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, or due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Any shipping problems must be handled with the shipping provider.
