Shipping Questions

Processing Time:

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days.  During special promotions, sales, or certain holidays, our fulfilment time may take longer than the typical 3-5 business days. Rest assured, we do our best to get your products shipped ASAP. We like happy mail, too!

Domestic Shipping

Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and speed of the delivery method you choose.  You can estimate shipping cost prior to checkout and select the best option that fits your needs and budget.

 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep track of your happy mail.  If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please send us an email at hello@asouthernsideboard.com or give us a call at 803-802-6533.

All orders ship from South Carolina.

Once a package has shipped, a tracking number is issued and ownership transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, or due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Any shipping problems must be handled with the shipping provider.  

 

Return and Exchanges

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please can contact us at hello@asouthernsideboard.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please, inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  We do our best to inspect every item before it is shipped, but occasionally we may miss something or an item is damaged during shipping. We want you to be happy and will work with you to correct the problem.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we'll contact you and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be credited using the original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund once we have issued it on our end.
