Simple S'mores Dip

The ULTIMATE DECADENCE that requires very little effort + yields the best tasting s'more you've ever eaten!

Ingredients:

1 large (5.29 oz) bar of dark chocolate
6 chocolate bars like Hershey
6-8 small pieces of caramel-filled milk chocolate
mini-peanut butter cups (full-sized would work)
9 large marshmallows
1 bag mini marshmallows

Generously coat your pan with cooking spray (we used an 8" square Pyrex dish).  Break apart the chocolate bars and place the pieces into the bottom of the pan.  Continue until all the chocolate has been added, making sure to evenly distribute the different types of chocolate around the pan.  Next, add in the large marshmallows.  We flattened ours a bit before we added them to the pan, then fill in with mini marshmallows. Only use enough to completely cover the top.  Place in a pre-heated 350-degree oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.  We set our timer in five minute increments to be sure we didn't burn the dip. Remove from oven and drizzle with chocolate sauce.  We made our own using semi-sweet chocolate chips melted in the microwave in 5-second increments, stirring in between.  Chocolate will scorch very quickly in the microwave, so be careful!  When the chocolate was soft, we added a splash of half-and-half and returned to the microwave for another 3 seconds.  Stir until smooth and drizzle over the top of the dip.  Place your container on a heat safe serving platter.  We used one of our beautiful boards, of course!  Serve with a variety of graham crackers, pretzel, and/or fruit.  You can use whatever vessel you choose because the whole idea is to get that dip into your mouth! Don't forget a serving spoon!
