Where do you ship & what is the cost?
Currently, we only ship within the upper 48 states. Shipping is FREE for orders over $75.00 - All other orders ship for a FLAT RATE SHIPPING FEE of $8.99
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. During special promotions, sales, or certain holidays, our fulfillment times take longer than the typical 3-5 days. Rest assured, we do our best to get your products shipped ASAP. We like happy mail, too!
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye out for your package. if you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please send us an email at email@example.com or call us at 803-802-6583.
What if my package hasn't arrived?
Once a package has been shipped, a tracking number is issued and ownership transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for lost, held, stolen, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via the carrier, or due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Any shipping problems must be handled by the shipping provider. What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags and original packaging intact. To start a return, or if you have any questions about a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What is your exchange policy?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return and once it is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
What if my purchase is damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We do our best to inspect every item before it is shipped, but occasionally we may miss something or an item is damaged during shipping. When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we'll contact you and let you know when your refund is approved. You will receive a credit back to the original form of payment. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account once we have issued it on our end.
